Celebrated my daughters 21st there with the ladies of our family had a wonderful meal and with cocktails too. Very good service and helpful staff members. Would certainly return again

We had a fantastic evening. Manager even sent out an extra
desert with a candle for my wife as it was her birthday.
We enjoyed our visit and plan to return
Food and service was fantastic and the pods were great. Will
definitely return but would like to see the pods in the dark. The location
is let down by the lovely tower block of flats opposite but unfortunately its
just one of those things!

I booked the outdoor dome as it was both my husband’s and my
40th Birthdays and we wanted something a little special. We were not
disappointed, from the moment we got into the restaurant we were made to feel
very welcome, the drinks were amazing and even watching the barman make the cocktails was messmerising. The food was exquisite and the service was
attentive without being intrusive, we will definitely be returning.

Thank you, we really enjoyed our meal with you. The waitress service was excellent! and very attentive throughout. Just one thing, it was a little cold in our dome, could have done with 2 of the heaters so ended up putting our coats on.
But this didn’t spoil our night and we were able to celebrate Valentines.
Waited 45 minutes after being given dessert menu kept ringing buzzer no one came other domes getting served in end went and found someone for bill missed out on our dessert.

First time visiting lucarelli yesterday evening. We paid for a dome which was so lovely but walking through restaurant it really was stunning inside too. Will definitely be returning to eat in.
The food was absolutely delicious and service was incredible everyone we encountered was lovely but main gentleman that served us was so friendly, chatty and very professional nothing was to much trouble. I just wished I’d got his name.

We were a group of 4 having our first dome dining experience and
it could not have been better. The staff were great and the food was amazing

Lovely food, but did forget an item on one of our main dishes
we they had to bring out separate, dome was fantastic and nice and warm
when it went chilly later in the evening. Service was a little slow was
there for 45 mins before someone came to serve us and we had to get up and
tell them we hadn’t yet anyone come to us. Other than that everything else
was great

I was treated to the bottomless Prosecco brunch fit my birthday- staff were so friendly and welcoming, food was excellent and the cocktails touched the spot with the Prosecco being the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back soon
