The Yard
The Yard is one of the best dining experiences in Maine. The menu includes a selection of smashed burgers made on high heat seasoned grilled topped with real cheeses as well as other premium ingredients including sautéed cremini mushrooms, applewood smoked bacon, haystack onions and more. Condiments include truffle mayo, blueberry BBQ sauce or signature Yard Sauce. For those who do not eat meat, beef can be replaced with (Made in Maine) Veggie Life.

Soak in the experience of the most unique night out. Our exclusive domes offer a warm and comfortable environment to have a meal with friends or family after dark, without having to leave the warmth of your private outdoor enclosure. The next chapter in nightlife is warm and immersive, but still social – allowing groups to bond without distractions from busy city streets.
About the Area
The Yard is located in the West Bayside of Portland, Maine. Less than a mile from the University of South Maine, just southeast of junction between I-295/US1 and Forest Avenue. Few minutes walk east of the Deering Oaks.

We rented a dome for my daughter’s 21st birthday, which was very cute and fun. The environment was super cool. Waitress was excellent – great service and friendly. The cocktails and food were great too.

With our appetizers it would have been nice to have appetizer plates but other than that it was really good!
A wonderful evening all around
The couches in the igloos need cushions as it was very
uncomfortable seating! You also need a better selection of bourbons
(Woodford reserve, basil hayden, four roses). Otherwise a wonderful evening
all around.
