RHUM Restaurant in Patchogue, NY offers an island-inspired cuisine that will transport you to the Caribbean. With the area’s only rooftop dining, RHUM is known for its delicious food, fantastic cocktails, and lively atmosphere, offering a wide range of dishes, from jerk chicken and duck empanadas to Dominican ribs and Caribbean mahi. The chefs take great pride in using only the freshest ingredients and traditional cooking methods to create flavorful and healthy dishes. The restaurant also has vegetarian and vegan-friendly options and a separate menu for kids.
The bartenders at RHUM are true mixologists, with nearly 50 different types of rum on hand for both cocktails and sipping experiences. The Caribbean Rum Punch, Passion Fruit Piña Colada and Key Lime Martini are some of the most popular rum cocktails, but the signature Margarita and Mojito are also amazing options at RHUM! Beer, wine and RHUM pairing flights are also available.

Our cozy outdoor domes offer stunning 360-degree views and can accommodate up to 6 guests each, perfect for a special occasion or a romantic night out. Each dome is equipped with a heater and Bluetooth speaker, so you can relax and enjoy your own music while taking in the views from Patchogue’s only rooftop dining experience. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or just looking for a unique dining experience, RHUM restaurant and our outdoor domes are the perfect choice.

Having collaborated with Dine at Dome, we’re donating our portion of the revenue from the booking fees to a local charity, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church of Patchogue. Rooted Hospitality Group loves being able to give back to their community whenever they can, and this was the perfect time to help a local charity that contributes their time to helping families in the Patchogue community.
