Cowfish Restaurant in Hampton Bays, NY, serves New American cuisine that blends the “Best of Land and Sea,” with panoramic views of the Shinnecock Canal and docks. We’re open year-round, so waterfront dining in the Hamptons never has to end with summer.

This winter, reserve the Cowfish Waterfront Igloo, a private heated dome perched on our second-floor patio above the Shinnecock Canal. As the only elevated waterfront igloo in the area, it’s a one-of-a-kind spot for date nights, birthdays, holiday celebrations and nights out with friends. Book your dome for lunch, brunch or dinner, and set the mood with your own Bluetooth speaker.

Make a day of it with our weekly lineup. Weekend Brunch runs Saturday and Sunday, 11am–3pm. Weekday Happy Hour at the bar, 3–6pm, features discounted appetizers, cocktails, wine and beer. On Wine Down Wednesday, enjoy 50% off one bottle of wine with the purchase of two entrées. And every Friday, our Friday Night Music Series brings live local musicians to Cowfish from 6–9pm.

Inside the Waterfront Igloo, you’ll enjoy our full menu of coastal comfort food and Certified Angus Beef® steaks. Start with guest favorites like our famous Clam Chowder, Jumbo Buffalo Shrimp with Danish blue cheese, Spinach & Artichoke Dip, or Skillet Cornbread with honey butter. For the main event, dig into fall-off-the-bone Danish Baby Back Ribs, the Cowfish Burger, Braised Short Rib with foie gras butter, Miso Glazed Salmon, or a Center Cut Filet with a loaded baked potato. Save room for dessert: our warm Iron Skillet Cookie is a must, with Banana Cream Pie and a Hot Fudge Sundae close behind.

To round out your meal, the Cowfish bar pours guest-favorite cocktails like our Caribbean Rum Punch, Signature Margarita and Cold Brew Martini, a cozy pick for a winter night in the dome. Prefer something spirit-free? Our house-made mocktails, like the Spicy Grapefruit Refresher and Seasonal Berry Spritz, are crafted with the same care as our cocktails, so everyone at the table can raise a glass.
