Dining at The WatersEdge is all about catching up with family and friends over a delicious roast, sizzling steak or something just as yummy. Overlooking The Grand Union Canal our new outdoor area extends our garden along the Canal and is available to book for private events and is available year round. On Saturdays from March throughout the year we host “Summer Saturdays”, where we have live DJ’s outside every Saturday!
Our main menu is 17 years in the making, serving food we know our crowd love, mostly classic dishes with our own twist, and sizzling steaks, sent out on screaming hot granite slabs, still cooking when they get to the table. Hunky burgers, ribs to live for, sizzling Halloumi on hot stones and a great choice of other dishes that we change every now and then, to keep things fresh.
The WatersEdge Dine at Dome Experience
Our Dine at Dome experience is your own, all-weather private hire space in Cowley, Uxbridge. Each of our two domes seats up to eight people. Heated and decorated, this area is perfect for you and your group to enjoy brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and drinks in any weather! Now you can enjoy the security of connected indoor and outdoor space for your special occasion, be it a birthday party, a family anniversary or business dinner.
Our private dining pod hire includes:
- Dyson heaters/air purifiers available to make your stay comfortable in any weather
- Domes equipped with speakers playing our venue music
- Night-time mood lighting adding to the experience of dining under the stars
Where to find us
The WatersEdge is located in Cowley, Hillingdon (West London), by the Grand Union Canal. It is a 20-minute walk north from the West Drayton rail station and a 20-minute walk south of The Brunel University. It is also a 10-minute (4.2 mile) drive north from The London-Heathrow Airport.

Great food, loved the dome/igloo!
100 % recommend this place especially the domes which made a
50th Birthday extremely special. Food was amazing – service was exceptional-
nothing was too much bother for the staff especially considering they were
having to come quite a way to bring food into the domes. A great night was
then topped off with a brilliant DJ. Thank you for giving us a great night!
The garlic mayonnaise could have used more garlic and been more plentiful.
The roast potatoes and Yorkshire puds had no crispness to them.
Had a great time and the dome made it even more special.

Our first visit was impeccable! We hired one of the domes and it
was amazing. Food was 10/10, staff were speedy and super friendly (especially
Leanne!) and the scenery was lovely! Will certainly be back soon!
